• Carriage House Wedding and Simple Reception ... $500 plus $16 per guest

Includes use of our elegant Victorian Carriage House set with white chairs for the ceremony  in the Crimson Room; recorded music; reception with our signature pink ice punch, mints, nuts, silver and crystal serving pieces, glass plates and punch cups,decorated serving tables and cloths in Dome Room; an appropriate number of chairs and tables with floor-length cloths for guests in the Piazza, Crimson Room, and in courtyard if desired; setup, staff service, and cleanup.

Four hour time block begins 2 hours prior to beginning of ceremony.  Additional time may be reserved if desired.
$1300 minimum ; $200 deposit plus tax

• Carriage House Wedding and Hors d'oeuvres Reception ... $500 plus $19.50 per guest

Wedding and reception as described above, with addition of a taste-tempting selection of hors d'oeuvres: Sweet 'n sour meatballs, vegetable cascade with dips, fruit cascade with dip, herb cheese ball with crackers, and wedding cookies.

Five-hour time block starts 2 hours prior to beginning of ceremony.  Additional time may be reserved if desired.
$1475 minimum (equivalent of 50 guests); $300 deposit, plus tax

• Carriage House Wedding & Sit-Down Meal Reception ... $500 plus $10 per guest + dinner cost

Wedding as described above; reception with your choice of selections from our dinner menu.  ($18.50 to $26 per person)  Homemade ice cream or punch may be substituted for standard dessert if your wedding cake is served.  Additional charge if wedding cake is provided as dessert by Falcon Rest.

Five-hour time block starts 2 hours prior to beginning of ceremony.  Additional time may be reserved if desired.

Carriage House Wedding Only ...  $500 plus $10 per guest

Create your own package. Optional services available at an additional charge include: • more hors d'oeuvres selections to be added to any of the reception packages above • wedding officiant ($75) • lovely silk decorations designed specifically for this setting ($300) • beautiful staff photography with 4x6 prints and large format CD ($395) • wedding and groom’s cakes • alcohol privileges ($ .75 -$1.75 p/p) • rehearsals • rehearsal dinners • overnight accommodations.

• Time blocks included in the various packages are a starting point. For weddings and receptions where few decorations are brought in or Falcon Rest provides them, and where no alcohol is served for the reception, those hours are usually quite adequate. Additional time immediately prior to or after the standard time block may be reserved at $100 per hour for setup and takedown of your decorations or equipment, photographs, and/or the reception. Unless decorations can be set in place within the stated time block for your package, you MUST reserve additional time for decorating. Flexible decorating time may be reserved at $75 per hour if it is scheduled no more than two weeks prior to event at a time mutually convenient to the bridal party and Falcon Rest.

• Except for wedding and/or groom's cakes, no food from outside sources may be served at Falcon Rest. A limited amount of alcohol may be brought in; additional charge applies.

• Our staff wedding coordinator will work with you prior to the event to plan your ceremony. An optional rehearsal may be scheduled before the wedding day at $75 per hour. Our staff wedding coordinator directs all rehearsals, and an hour is generally plenty of time. A one-hour rehearsal charge will be waived if your rehearsal dinner is held at  Falcon Rest.

• All charges subject to sales tax applicable at the time of payment (currently 9-3/4 %).

• Events do not include access to the mansion. Individual guests who wish to take a guided tour may purchase tickets on their own.
