ONE MEAT: Herb chicken : boneless
breast marinated in a vegetable/herb medley and
slow baked for melt-in-your-mouth flavor. Smoked
ham in orange/cranberry sauce; Victorian
ragout of beef (tender roast beef in
an authentic 1890s sauce); roasted turkey
breast in apple cider sauce with sausage/cornbread
dressing .
TWO VEGETABLES: Potatoes ( baked cubed and roasted
with herbs or creamed); Italian green beans, copper
pennies (cold marinated carrots - yum!), hot carrots
in butter sauce, candied yams, cream style corn,
corn pudding, corn-on-the-cob.
ONE SALAD: Garden salad with cheese and French
or ranch dressing, frozen fruit salad, strawberry-pretzel
salad.
ONE DESSERT: Cheesecake with cherry topping; pineapple
upside-down cake, triple bliss chocolate cake,
strawberry cake with white frosting and strawberry
topping; lemon snow cake, Black Forest cake, Boston
cream pie, pecan pie.
Served with rolls, iced tea, coffee, and Falcon
Rest's famous pink lemonade.
LUNCH served in 2 courses: $17 per person plus
tax; use of private room up to 2.5 hours.
DINNER
(after 4 p.m.) served in 3 courses: $19.50 person
plus tax; use of private room up to 3.5 hours.
BUFFET with YOUR CHOICE of two meats, four vegetables,
one salad, and two desserts, with rolls and
drinks available at the above prices for groups
of 30 or more.

$23 for filet or $20 for chicken per person plus tax. No
minimum number, but private room is not guaranteed.
