Festive Meal with Custom Menu Please choose one menu for your entire group 20 person minimum; can accommodate over 125 ONE MEAT: Herb
chicken : boneless breast marinated in a vegetable/herb medley
and slow baked for melt-in-your-mouth flavor. Smoked ham
in orange/cranberry sauce; Victorian ragout of beef (tender
roast beef in an authentic 1890s sauce); roasted turkey breast
in apple cider sauce with sausage/cornbread dressing.
TWO VEGETABLES: Potatoes ( baked cubed and roasted with herbs or creamed); Italian green beans, copper pennies (cold marinated carrots - yum!), hot carrots in butter sauce, candied yams (seasonal), corn pudding, corn-on-the-cob. ONE SALAD: Garden salad with cheese and French dressing, frozen fruit salad, strawberry-pretzel salad (a Falcon Rest specialty). ONE DESSERT: Cheesecake with cherry topping; pineapple upside-down cake, hot fudge cake, strawberry cake with white frosting and strawberry topping; homemade cherry ice cream, Black Forest cake, Boston cream pie, pecan pie á la mode, double chocolate cake, peach cobbler. Served with rolls, iced tea, coffee, and
Falcon Rest's famous pink lemonade.

DINNER (after 4 p.m.): $18.50 person plus tax; use of private room up to 3.5 hours. Choice of two meats, $1 extra per person plus tax; numbers for each choice required in advance. Buffet meals available for groups of 30 or more, with 2 meats, 4 vegetables, salad and 2 desserts, at $18 per person lunchtime, and $19.50 per person at dinner. For an extra special DINNER MENU, choose: filet mignon with béarnaise sauce, $23 per person plus tax or prime rib au jus, $25 per person plus tax with two vegetables, salad and dessert from menu above.

Basket lunch and mansion tours offered for individuals 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
