Have
you always heard that
Falcon Rest Mansion is haunted?
Here's
a chance to find out for yourself. Sign up to tag along with actual
paranormal investigators for a ghost hunt at the historic McMinnville
mansion this Halloween season. They're being offered Friday and
Saturday nights, Oct. 28 and 29, and for the first time on Halloween
night itself, Mon., Oct. 31.
Debbie
Pendleton and her Full Spectrum Paranormal Investigation and Research
of Tennessee (FSPIR) team will again lead the groups, expecting
to add to evidence of otherworldly inhabitants obtained during previous
tag-along ghost hunts.
When
asked if she thinks Falcon Rest is haunted, Debbie says, "After
two years of investigating this paranormal jewel, I'd answer a big
'YES.' Last year we validated two phenomena that have been reported
for many years: a "whistling spirit" and the sound of
footsteps when no one was moving. Many participants smelled pipe
tobacco, and one group reported feeling something touch several
of them in turn, like a "spider web" on the skin that
swept around the room."
A short
history of Falcon Rest Mansion, a presentation of evidence gathered
thus far, and an introduction to paranormal investigation techniques
will begin each tour. Then Debbie and her co-investigators, John
Lawson and James Jones, will lead groups through the mansion using
a combination of audio and video equipment, along with specialized
"ghost hunting" computer software, infrared temperature
gauges and probes to seek out its spectral residents. New equipment
will be added this year, such as the multipurpose "Ovilus PX"
sensor used by investigators on TV. Only one tour per night is scheduled
this year, as each session has been extended to 2-1/2 hours to allow
more time for paranormal searching. |
"This
is a ghost tour that you will never forget!"
"It's
not a smoke and mirrors ghost hunt. This is the real deal. Debra
and her team are very professional.
I have been on several tours such as this
one ... but not one will ever compare to Falcon Rest."
